Returns:
All sales are final. However, if you receive your item damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.
If you need to file a claim for a damaged item, please click "claims" found at the bottom of the homepage.
After submitting a claim form, you will receive an email instructing you to send us three photos of the damaged item in order to be considered for a replacement or refund. Once reviewed, we will contact you in regards to your claim.
All claims must be made within 5 days of the receipt of shipment.
Shipping:
Aslan Gathered Goods primarily ships using USPS. All orders are packed and shipped within 3-5 business days.
When your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you have not received a tracking number two weeks after placing an order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
If you purchase multiple items in one transaction, they will be shipped together (barring they all fit in one box). If all items in one transaction do not fit in a single box, they will be shipped separately but on the same day.
We currently only ship within the U.S.
